Resolved Question: cool places to go to in North Carolina for a honeymoon?

OK well I had a Bone Marrow Transplant about 12 years ago and me and my fiance want to go and blend a little bit of my past with our future and well for the wedding my Transplant doctor will be invited but we were thinking about going to Durham North carolina (where I had my BMT) we were actually thinking about having the wedding up there but my family is all down here in Alabama and well we will just have to go to North Carolina for the honeymoon so in North Carolina since it has changed since I have been up there answer the follow questions about places in NC. Restaurantss(now I know that there was cattleman'sns steak house in Hillsboro is it still there)well if not give me some good places to take her.
